Product Update - WhatsApp Version Upgrade, March 2022

We will be conducting a WhatsApp Business Platform version upgrade starting March 15th, 2022 onwards. We are currently on v2.37.1 and will be upgrading to v2.39.2. The date and time of the upgrade for your tenant will be communicated over the email id that you use for logging into imiconnect.
As communicated previously, WhatsApp HSM messages have been deprecated as part of this version upgrade. We suggest you to start using Template message type instead of HSM message type to avoid any disruptions.
