Setup Org Hierarchy

Webex Engage allows your tenant to be further segmented into Groups and Teams. Groups represent geographical locations (For example, the Americas, UK, APJC, etc.) or various business groups within a conglomerate / multi-brand business. Under a Group, you can create Teams representing a collection of people working together in a particular function (For example, Sales, Support, etc.)

While most contact centers may choose to configure an elaborate Org structure, all Engage tenants are primed within a ‘Default group’ and a ‘Default team’ within it to get you started quickly. More details on this can be found in the Engage User guide here.
