Webex Connect v6.8.0 - Minor Update release brings multiple new capabilities to help you continue delivering seamless customer experiences. Here’s a list of the key updates and enhancements that are a part of this release:

Important Additional Notes
In our upcoming release (v6.9.0 or later), we are excited to introduce a new feature available in a controlled Early Access mode. This feature allows a limited number of Messaging APIs, Event API, and Inbound Webhook requests that exceed tenant-level throughput (TPS) limits to be accepted and queued for processing, instead of being rejected.
- Key Highlights:
- Enhanced Throughput: Once this feature is enabled for your tenant, you can exceed your subscribed
TPS limits by 1.5 times (up to a maximum of 100 TPS) for a duration of up to 30 minutes per day and a
total of up to 8 hours per month. The 8-hour monthly limit resets at the start of each calendar month. - Improved Customer Experience: This feature is designed to help maintain a seamless customer
experience during unexpected surges in transaction rates or volumes.
- Enhanced Throughput: Once this feature is enabled for your tenant, you can exceed your subscribed

- Updated Description: For requests accepted under this burst mode, the response body description in
the Messaging APIs, Event API, and Inbound Webhooks will be updated to "Queued in burst mode." - Unchanged Response Code: The response code for these requests will remain the same.
