Important Notice: 10DLC Auth+ Compliance Deadline for Public Profit Brands
In accordance with industry regulations set by The Campaign Registry (TCR), all Public Profit brands are required to complete Auth+ compliance by October 30, 2025. Public Profit brands that are not Auth+ compliant by this deadline will be subject to review and may experience temporary suspension from registering new campaigns until compliance is completed. We recommend you to review your current compliance status from the Brand listing or Brand Management page and ensure that your Public Profit brands are brought into Auth+ compliance no later than October 30, 2025. As part of v6.8.0, a new field 'Business Email Address' was added to the Create New Brand page for 'Publicly Traded' organizations, to facilitate the Auth+ identity verification process. For step-by-step guidance to be Auth+ compliant, please refer to Authentication Using 2FA article in Platform Documentation.
Changed – Contact Policy Reports
This release introduces multiple improvements to the Group Membership Activity Report including renaming of column header, UX enhancements, fix to the inconsistent Membership Activity count and robust data handling for large volumes of Active subscriber data. [INC1184160]
Important Additional Notes
- Effective October 7, 2025, Meta is changing WhatsApp Business Platform messaging limits.
Instead of individual limits per phone number, your entire business will now have a single, shared
messaging limit managed at the Business Manager-level.
With this update:- Messaging limit upgrades will occur multiple times per day (previously once every 24
hours). - Newly added phone numbers instantly benefit from the business’s existing messaging limit.
- Messaging limit upgrades will occur multiple times per day (previously once every 24
- As previously communicated in the v6.11.0 release note, the Legacy SDKs (v2.x.x) for Android and iOS are officially deprecated on 20th August 2025 and will no longer receive support or updates. We recommend upgrading to the latest Modular SDKs (Android and iOS) immediately to ensure uninterrupted access to enhancements, compatibility, and ongoing support.
- Starting November 1, 2025, all new apps and updates submitted to Google Play that target Android 15+ devices must support 16 KB page sizes on 64-bit devices. Our Legacy SDK uses SQL Cipher 4.5.4, which does not support 16 KB page sizes. We recommend upgrading to the Modular Android SDK, since it uses SQL Cipher 4.6.1, which supports 16 KB page sizes. For more information, refer to these links: Support 16 KB page sizes, Android SqlChiper 4.6.1 for 16kb devices support.
- As previously outlined in our documentation, the Legacy SDKs (v2.x.x) for Android and iOS were deprecated on 20th August 2025. With the support for legacy SDKs coming to an end, the ‘Device Attributes for Mobile Apps’ feature will no longer be supported for the Push, Live Chat, and In-App Messaging channels on Webex Connect. No further action is needed at your end if you have not been using these features. For further information on supported features, please refer to the SDK Documentation in API Reference.
