Frequently asked questions about Sandbox migration
Webex Connect Sandbox is now available at sandbox.us.webexconnect.io. The previous Sandbox site - sandbox.imiconnect.io, was decommissioned on 17th October 2024.

The previous restriction on Webex Connect users with accounts on AWS Oregon from signing up for the new Sandbox site has now been removed.
What will happen to my current Sandbox account?
Your Sandbox account, previously accessible at sandbox.imiconnect.io, was decommissioned on 17th October 2024. All configurations, including flows, templates, and webhooks, have been permanently deleted. You must create a new Sandbox account on sandbox.us.webexconnect.io and set up your configurations in the new environment.
Is there any cost associated with creating a new Sandbox account?
No, creating a new Sandbox account on sandbox.us.webexconnect.io is free of charge.
Will the credentials of my current Sandbox account work on the new Sandbox site?
No, you will need to create a new account on the new Sandbox site. Your existing credentials will not be transferred.
What should I do with my data in the old Sandbox site?
You must manually transfer your configurations, including your flows, templates, and webhooks, from your old account to your new account on the new Sandbox site.
Will be the API endpoints and domain of my account change?
Webex Connect Sandbox will be available at sandbox.us.webexconnect.io going forward. With this, the API endpoints will also change to api.us.webexconnect.io. For more info related to the API endpoints refer Sandbox APIs Overview page.
Which countries can I send SMS and make a Voice call to?

Does the new Sandbox site support the same functionalities as the old site?
There is no such limitation.
How much time do I have to complete my data migration?
You will have until the decommission date of 17th October 2024 to migrate your data. To avoid any disruption to live flows and services, we recommend making the migration as soon as possible.
