Data Retention Policy

Here's a brief summary of Webex Connect standard data retention policy.

• The transactional data is set for 30 days.
• The data for Reports and Watchtower on selection of Custom Date Range is retained for upto 13 months. Any data older than 13 months from a given date cannot be retrieved.
• The Monthly data for Usage Reports is retained for upto 13 months. Any data older than 13 months from a given month cannot be retrieved.
• Aggregated traffic summary reports data for the entire tenure that the tenant stays active on the platform.
• Detailed debug and transaction trace (Descriptive Logs when enabled) for 7 days.
• Host and Usage Information, Registration Data, and User Generated Data are retained for the entire tenure that the tenant stays active on the platform.
• Platform and Service configuration, Templates, and other configuration data for the lifetime.
• Profile data, and content uploaded to Media Manager for the lifetime.
