The Watchtower Dashboard tracks Integration and Throughput utilization, with dedicated tabs for each.

  • Integrations Tab : The Integrations Dashboard provides insights into the operational health of the integrations with other systems. It allows platform users to monitor the health of 3rd party integrations and drill-down to analyse integration failures and the associated reasons.
  • Throughput Utilization Tab : The Throughput Utilization Dashboard enables you to monitor the Transactions per Second (TPS) for Messaing API, Event API, and Inbound webhooks. The dashboard also provides valuable insights into the count of rejected transactions due to TPS and message volume limits. You can also see the channel-level utilization on the dashboard.
